Ayesha Takia

Ayesha Takia Azmi (born April 10 1986) is a former actress turned model from India who primarily appeared in Hindi films. In 2004, Ayesha Takia took home the Filmfare Best Debut Award for her starring performance on Taarzan The Wonder Car which was her first acting role. She has been in a number of well-known films, such as Paathshaala (2010 Wanted) Salaam-E-Ishq (2008) and Socha Na Tha (2010). Her first commercial was for Complan which is a popular drink for good health. Shahid Kapoor was her co-star in their famous I'm Complan man I'm Complan gal commercial. Her performance in the remixed track Nahin Nahin Abhi Nahin is not unnoticed. Her fame grew due to the huge success of the song during India's period of remixes. The singer began getting requests to appear in Bollywood films. Taarzan The Wonder Car was known late to her debut, which was intended to be in the movie Socha Na Tha but was delayed by production issues. Ayesha proved her moral courage by publicly criticizing the views on the part of her Samajwadi Party Samajwadi Party's MLA Abu Azmi regarding punishing victims of rape.
