Ana Maria Cristina Polo Gonzalez is a TV arbitrator of Cuban descent in the shows Caso Cerrado and Ana Polo Rules. Ana Polo Gonzalez was raised in Havana Cuba and moved with her family to Miami in the year two. Ana Maria Polo, a resident of Habana Cuba hosts the well-known show on Telemundo called "CasoThe first Spanish program that was awarded an Emmy in the Daytime Entertainment category. It was named in 2015 as the #1 Spanish-language TV program in the evening time slot at 4pm for all demos. Polo is a native of Cuba that was born 11 April 1959. The actress attended Florida International University and graduated with a degree in political science. From there she earned the PhD in law at the University of Miami and practiced law for 20 years within the City of Miami. After earning her PhD at the University of Miami she practiced law in Miami for more than 20 years. Polo was first shown to viewers on television in 2001 on Telemundo's program Sala de Parejas (2001) along with other shows on courts where her expertise in law was utilized. Literature Works and Accolades Her 1958 novel Los Hijos Muertos won her both the Critic Prize and Spanish National Prize for Literature. Ana Maria Matute fled Spain to her home in the United States 1960. Polo, who is also diagnosed with breast cancer and cancer survivor, speaks often about the cause she is fighting. Polo has been an active advocate for LGBT rights throughout the course of her professional career. She received her law degree in 1987 from University of Miami School of Law.
